- Report loss or theft to the police
- Call the hotline 116 116, block your e-ID (if your digital ID is affected)
- Make an appointment at the Citizensβ Registration Office or the Immigration Office
- Bring all documents (apply for a replacement ID card if necessary)
- If necessary, also apply for a temporary ID card/passport
